Each food is associated with its calories value and all you have to do is to have fun while composing your own Menu! Thats it!
Every day you may meet or stay below your Maximum Daily Calories, which is accurately calculated by the App, in the customization section;
configure your parameters (weight, age, sex, and physical activity) and voila! The App shows your personal daily calorie limit!

"Italian Calorie Counting & Diet" is more than a food diary: its a guide, a calculator, a concentration of ideas and Italian recipes, a information sourceabout the energy value of all foods.

The list is very rich and well organized!
The foods are divided into various sections, such as "breakfast", "First main Carbs dish", "Second main dishes", "Condiment and Dressing", "Side dishes", "Sliced meat and Cheese", "Desserts and snacks", "Fruits", "Drinks", "Fast Foods" and each category has some sub-groups, such as "pasta" , "pizza", "meat", "fish", "alcohol", "soft drinks" and so on.
The food quantities are already measured out properly, following the indications of a specialist (eg pasta 60g and not more), but you can easily duplicate it by clicking on the food name in "Daily Menu" section. Im planning to make the quantity fully editable as soon as possible.

The list of foods is very wide, for sure an Italian would find what you eat normally, but if I need other particular foods you can add them yourself! The app gives you the possibility to customize and enlarge the food list as you prefer!
